Sharpening to manufacturer's specified cutting angle for optimum performance
Replacing rubber stoppers and washers when required
Realignment - tension adjustment and balancing
Return of scissors in the shortest possible time

EXPRESS MAIL SERVICE

Send us your scissors!
We offer scissor sharpening for only $35 (plus applicable taxes).
This includes the $35 sharpening service plus return postage and handling. All of our shipments are tracked and insured to protect your tools.

Here's how:

  1. Go to your local post office and ship your scissors in a padded envelope to Samurai Inc. 2092 Munn's Avenue West Oakville, ON L6H 4K4.
    We recommend either Express Post or Expedited Post as they are both tracked and insured. We also ask that you include return postage.

  2. Payment can be made by E-transfer to the following email address, samuraiscissorsinc@gmail.com

  3. Once we receive them, allow 3 business days for completion.

  4. When your scissors are ready we'll ship them back to you along with a padded envelope for you to keep for the next time you send them to us for services. You will receive your scissors back within one week of us receiving them; all Samurai return shipments are sent by Express Post and are tracked and insured.

IN-SALON SHARPENING

Get your scissors sharpened for only $35!
If you are a salon owner, you can arrange for an in-salon sharpening appointment when you have 10 or more scissors to sharpen.
Samurai offers mobile services for the GTA and surrounding area when the minimum is met.

INDUSTRY EVENTS

Samurai travels to industry events across the country including ABA Shows and Cosmoprof events. Bring your scissors to the show and pick them up restored to their original factory conditions on your way out!

 

We also offer in-store sharpening at many Cosmoprof stores across Ontario.
